Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements?
Most orders have MOQ requirements. However, for first-time customers, we can accommodate trial orders below MOQ levels, subject to additional handling fees.

Our production capabilities are adaptable to meet varying project needs:
Fitness equipment: 2,000–4,000 units per month, supporting both commercial fitness equipment manufacturers and home fitness equipment manufacturers.
Medical beds and rehabilitation equipment: 200–500 units per month, including hospital beds for home care and home health care beds.We can modularize our production process to accommodate different volume requirements, ensuring reliable delivery for every project.
Are products available in stock, and what are your lead times?
Stock availability: Most products are made-to-order. For specific items in stock, such as hospital beds for home use or fitness rowing machines, delivery can be arranged within 7–14 days.
Lead times for made-to-order products: Typically 45–60 days after order confirmation.We recommend confirming availability with our team before placing an order.

What is your warehouse capacity?
Our 50,000 sq. ft. warehousing space supports efficient storage and logistics for a wide range of products, including fitness equipment suppliers, rehabilitation equipment suppliers, and hospital beds for home care.
Does the price include taxes or import duties?
No, international order prices do not include local taxes or import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary based on the destination country’s customs regulations.
What is the warranty for your products?
All products, including medical rehabilitation equipment and physical therapy equipment, come with a one-year warranty covering free repairs for manufacturing defects. Please note that damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors are not covered.
