With our principle of "quality first", Solid Focus starts with internal quality control by rejecting detective materials when goods coming in. When a defection occurs in a production line, we have an immediate meeting and discussion on whether to stop production. Through our quality control system, quality assurance, quality management, quality control personnel, regular trainings, our goal is to manufacture flawless products to our customers. 

With ISO and GMP certification, the company has a third party examine product quality each year by checking, recording, and managing rigid documents to track product quality at any time.

Each year, to better execute quality control, the company internally audits itself by verifying written documents and daily operation, through every phase of the quality control process. It standardizes work and operation instructions, so that the staff of the company understands the content and requirements of each quality control phase.

Daily meetings, weekly reviews and monthly reports aim to facilitate quality control; with constant discussions, each department aims eliminates and prevents defect recurrence by reducing the defect rate to less than 2%. Best quality control can only be done through planning, doing, checking and acting (PDCA).

In the shortest possible time, we offer solutions to our customer by problem analysis, internal and external discussions, and reports as long as the customer is able to provide a full spectrum of the issue such as photos, video files, etc.
